Mainly used as brush material of all kinds of micro-motors (such as mobilephone’s) 

Feature:
We explored AP-2（Pd：43%）,AP-3（Pd：24%）material to replace the traditional AgPd50,AgPd30 materials, have better wear resistance, stable contact resistance, longer working life, have more economic costs.
Brush material with nickel-silver base is explored on our patent, make a nickel plating on the surface, which could prevent the Zn forming on the surface of AgPd, to improve the electric contacting property of brush material.
Brush material with MX base is age-hardening elastic material, have excellent elasticity, the elasticity could be adjusted according to customer’s needs, this material is the best replacement for beryllium copper.
