High performance Re-contained precious clad metal is designed to add micron Re element into the AgCuNi series alloy, to improve the properties of resisting mechanical wear and arc burning, to assure the excellent and stable serving capability during the working. Re addition improved the precipitated phase, about its size, uniformity and strength, improved material’s electric contact property. This is our patented products (patent No. CN101246758B). Presently there is AgCuNi RE、AgCuNi-2、AgCuNi-3 series material.

Feature:
1、Excellent properties of resisting mechanical wear and arc burning, this could greatly reduce the stopping percentage of the system brought by the short circuit for wear dust. 
2、Have good stability in high temperature, have excellent wearing resistance stability in high temperature, this satisfy the motor’s demands working in high temperature condition.

Property：

The change of mechanical property is not obvious when comparing Re containment clad metal with common clad metal.

Re series precious clad metal have slighter wearing and lower short-circuit probability comparing with those traditional clad metal.
