Chongqing Chuanyi metallic functional materials Co.,Ltd.(Org. Chongqing Chuanyi Factory No.1) is one of the enterprises under joint-stock company of Chongqing Chuanyi automation which was moved to Chongqing from shanghai In1966. Nowadays, it is the leading enterprise manufacturing special purpose alloy materials in China, and is one of the first batches of high&tech enterprises in Chongqing. It owns 130 million Yuan of fixed assets and more than 500 staffs, including nearly 200 professionals, and occupies an area of more than 100,000m2 and governs 4 manufacturing dept. and 1 institute researching functional materials. This factory is mainly engaged in researching, manufacturing, and sales of functional metal materials for electronic apparatuses and instrument, and has great D&R capability.
In the past 40 years, it has developed more than 100 key and new development items, over 40 of which won prizes awarded by nation, ministries, province and municipality, and made contribution to the successful launch of carrier rocket and communication satellite in China. In 1992, we imported full set of equipment and technology from Japan, established the first precious clad metal production line. In order to improve quality and productivity to meet the uprising market demands, after 2000 we imported internationally advanced cold bonding mill and precision rolling mill from USA; introduced longitudinal slitting line and electrical plating line from Germany. So we became the only enterprise who owns 3 kinds of bonding processes (cold bonding, hot-bonding and electric plating). We have mass production capability to replace imported products. Now the manufacturing capacity of precious clad metal has raise from 200T to 500T per year. Products are mainly sold in domestic three-funds enterprises, some exported to HK, Taiwan and Japan, Europe, USA etc. It passed the authentication registration of ISO9002 quality system in April 1999. In October 2002, the quality control system passed the updating authentication of ISO9002. In October 2005 passed the authentication of ISO14001:2004 environment management system.
Our products have good reputation in domestic market with the technical advantages. Clad metal series are widely used in the manufacturing of various electronic elements and components such as micromotor, microswitch, relay, totentiometer, connector ，keyboards and contact components for household devices, which are praised by the customers and fill a vacancy in functional material aspect in China. In the meantime, our temperature testing material, electric resistance and heat material, vacuum electronic material, contact material, precious metal products temperature-measuring, electronic elements and components are also widely used in electronic devices, metallurgy, petrochemical and instruments industry, which are highly welcomed at home and abroad. Especially the precious clad metal with high technical start point has obvious advantage and growing prospect in China, is expected to develop continuously .We always persist in technical innovation, following the international trend of new clad material, occupying new application fields.
