The main alloying elements for the silver-based braze welding materials, the moderate temperature brazing filler metals in common use,  are Cu, Zn, Cd, In, Sn, Mn, Ni, Li, and P etc, the melting point of which ranges from 600℃ to 900℃. Due to the integration of the performances of joint brazing procedure and the soldered connection, the silver-based braze welding materials are widely used as the braze welding in the copper alloy, the stainless steel, the high temperature alloy, the titanium alloy, the kovar alloy, the carbide alloy and the refractory alloy.     This brazing filler metals is a kind of multiple Ag alloy without Cd element, it is used together with 102 Ag brazing fluxes, with excellent humidity and slow flowability on hard alloy or steel’s surface. Suitable for the brazing for small area under 10×10mm2 of hard alloy or steel. The connection’s strength could satisfy traditional tool’s requirements.

    This brazing filler metal is suitable for the brazing of hard alloy or steel components. After the brazing, because the solder core layer is infusible and soft, it could absorb the residual stress, could improve quality and yield. During the using, the core layer in the welding seam could absorb part of shocking, could also improve elements’ working life.

    Our brazing filler metals have excellent braze welding performance and conform to the regulation of GB10046-2000, has the features of surface brightness and without the defects of contaminant, crusting, stratification, crack etc.  Have good brazing performance.
